What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the Talent team to ensure the successful completion of annual goals through coaching and performance metrics.
• Build and manage strategic Fortune 500 accounts, including HiredScore and UpGlo Access partners.
• Direct strategic special projects such as Connect Integration and Agentforce Recruiter Agent.
• Identify opportunities for growth, funding, and strategic engagement to enhance immigrant inclusion in the workforce.
• Develop learning briefs and evaluate the Employer Engagement Model to assess program impact.
• Collaborate with leadership to map target partners and pitch organization services to potential funders and partners.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in workforce development, account management, immigration, human resources, or diversity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leadership and team management.
• Strong interpersonal skills in persuasion, negotiation, and public speaking.
• Project management experience using tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
• Work authorization to work in the United States.
