What you will do

• Conduct structured online Intention to Study Meetings (ISMs) for applicants.
• Assess academic and professional backgrounds, subject knowledge, and preparedness for higher-level study.
• Evaluate applicants' motivations, learning approaches, and career goals.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and complete ISM reports promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISM procedures, academic standards, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with Programme Leaders and the Dean to refine admissions and assessment criteria.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Higher Education (HE) teaching experience and a strong understanding of academic standards.
• Excellent communication, judgement, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and digital record-keeping.
• Must pass pre-employment checks, including criminal records check and Right to Work verification.
