What you will do
- Conduct structured online Intention to Study Meetings (ISMs) for applicants.
- Assess academic and professional backgrounds, subject knowledge, and preparedness for higher-level study.
- Evaluate applicants' motivations, learning approaches, and career goals.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations and complete ISM reports promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISM procedures, academic standards, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with Programme Leaders and the Dean to refine admissions and assessment criteria.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Higher Education (HE) teaching experience and a strong understanding of academic standards.
- Excellent communication, judgement, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and digital record-keeping.
- Must pass pre-employment checks, including criminal records check and Right to Work verification.
Nice to have
- Experience with structured interviews.
- Experience with UK HE admissions.
- Flexible availability.
