What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with K-12 school districts, administrators, and technology directors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AV systems and collaboration solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design customized AV solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Track sales activities and pipeline development using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven track record in K-12 sales.
- Strong background in audiovisual (AV) technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of education sector procurement and funding cycles.
- Must be a resident of California.
- Ability to travel within Southern California.
