Location: London - Onsite, 20 hours/week

What you will do

• Conduct structured online ISMs for Business applicants.
• Assess academic and professional backgrounds, subject knowledge, and preparedness.
• Explore applicants’ motivation, learning approaches, and career goals.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and complete ISM reports promptly.
• Identify support needs and ensure compliance with ISM procedures, academic standards, and GDPR.
• Contribute to training, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and collaborate with Programme Leaders and the Dean.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or related field (essential).
• HE teaching experience and strong understanding of academic standards.
• Excellent communication, judgement, and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Teams and maintaining digital records.
• Sensitive to diverse applicant backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured interviews and UK HE admissions.
