What you will do

• Conduct structured online ISMs for business programme applicants.
• Assess academic and professional backgrounds, subject knowledge, and preparedness for higher study.
• Explore applicants’ motivation, learning styles, and career aspirations.
• Provide recommendations and complete ISM reports promptly.
• Identify support needs and ensure compliance with ISM procedures, standards, and GDPR.
• Contribute to training, quality assurance, and collaborate with programme leaders on admissions criteria.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or related field (essential)
• HE teaching experience and strong understanding of academic standards
• Excellent communication, judgement, and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Teams and maintaining digital records
• Sensitive to diverse applicant backgrounds
