What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding efforts including requirements gathering, solution design, connector configuration, workflow development, and deployment.
• Perform detailed entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling for accurate IAM representation.
• Configure and validate provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and lifecycle event processes while troubleshooting connectivity, schema, and rule issues.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior team members, contribute to best practices, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• 4–6 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ application onboarding.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong development skills in Java and Beanshell.
• Solid understanding of IAM principles, governance models, and enterprise security requirements.
• Experience with Web Services, Oracle EBS, LDAP, JDBC, and Active Directory.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.
• Security+, SY0-601 (SYSA), CISSP, or any IAT Level 2 or higher.
