Location: Hybrid; must be based in the USA (specifically WA, CA, OR, CO, IL, or NY)

Salary: $157,000 — $242,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales discovery of functional and technical requirements for Identity platforms.
• Document and mitigate technical risks in collaboration with partners and engagement managers.
• Create and review services estimates to ensure project scope and timelines are successfully deliverable.
• Develop co-delivery proposals by identifying and engaging appropriate partners.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) through training and the development of scope modules and toolkits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (WA, CA, OR, CO, IL, or NY).
• 5+ years of IT/software development, solution design, and technical architecture experience.
• 2+ years of direct hirify.global implementation experience.
• 3+ years in consulting and driving IAM architectures.
• Experience with HR-driven identity, Active Directory, SSO, and SaaS application integrations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in .Net, Ruby, Java, Python, or Perl.
• hirify.global Certified Technical Architect, CISSP, or TOGAF certifications.
• Experience with API Gateways, CASB, and Reverse Proxies (NGINX).
• Knowledge of software development security and cryptography.
