Salary: $192,000 — $288,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to the sales team and customers to demonstrate the value of identity solutions.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and sales presentations for diverse audiences.
• Lead complex Proofs of Concept (POCs) by collaborating with internal engineering teams.
• Analyze customer business problems to provide specific technical identity security solutions.
• Gather and share customer feedback with product teams to influence future enhancements.
• Represent the company at marketing events, including conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and solution selling for Enterprise accounts.
• Deep expertise in identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, FIDO, Passkeys, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/Entra, GCP) and experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
• Hands-on experience in front-end/back-end development, scripting (Bash, PowerShell), or DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Identity Governance (IGA) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) access, session recording, and secrets management.
• Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Federation services.
• Proficiency in CNAPP/CSPM, UNIX/Linux, database/network security, or DevOps practices.
