Salary: $144,500 - $153,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) models, including RBAC and privileged access controls.
- Configure and advise on security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud and enforce Azure Policy guardrails.
- Set up and guide centralized logging, monitoring, and threat detection capabilities.
- Design key management and secrets handling solutions using Azure Key Vault.
- Support compliance efforts, including HIPAA alignment and ATO preparation activities.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate security into Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience with Azure cloud security, including Microsoft Entra ID and Defender for Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and ATO processes.
- Experience with cloud security monitoring, logging, and Azure Policy.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must reside in one of the approved US states (AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, TN, UT, VA, WA, WI).
