TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (Sales): Introduce best-in-class Data and AI training solutions to NHS and Public Sector organisations, helping drive business transformation through skills enablement with an accent on new business development and ROI attribution. Focus on engaging senior executives, achieving revenue targets, and positively impacting customers' learners.
Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to our London office)

What you will do
- Represent in client calls, conferences, and events
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and meet individual/team targets
- Help organisations attribute ROI to data and AI skills development
- Achieve quarterly and yearly net new business revenue targets
- Generate pipeline targeting C-level data stakeholders and L&D teams
- Maintain CRM and KPIs transparently
Requirements
- Well-established B2B sales track record of consistent overperformance
- Ability to qualify sales through MEDDIC
- Project management approach to running deals post-qualification
- Self-starter focused on influencing outcomes
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Lifelong learner mindset
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Hubspot, G-Suite, Gong, Sales Nav, Notion
- Previous experience at top learning or data vendors

Hiring process
- Combined screening and hiring manager interview (1 hour)
- Presentation and follow-up questions (1 hour)
- Ways of Working/Meet the Team (45 minutes)
