What you will do
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective and existing customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team based on set criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and persistently.
- Articulate company offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
- Coordinate with sales executives for seamless client experience and achieve appointment KPIs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with positive attitude and resilience.
