What you will do
- Engage leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to confirm interest and qualify them based on industry, role, and budget.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and sales representatives using tools like Calendly or HubSpot.
- Manage and update CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, ensuring 100% accuracy in activity logging.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to align on target prospects and provide high-quality context during handoffs.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including activity targets and meeting show rates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and work according to U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams in high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
- Industry experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B professional services.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like BANT, SPIN, or Challenger.
