What you will do

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys to introduce services and initiate conversations.
  • Qualify prospects by asking thoughtful questions to understand their specific needs and interests.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team and ensure prospects are properly briefed.
  • Handle objections professionally and nurture leads through persistent, personalized follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development, or BDR/SDR roles.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently handle objections and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup.

  • Experience working with law firms, legal professionals, or the professional services industry.
  • Background in marketing agencies or professional services sales.
  • Experience engaging with high-value professional clients.
