What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing utility and OEM clients through cross-selling of the full product and service portfolio.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential target clients within the US utility and OEM market to expand the customer base.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiate contract terms and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis on industry trends and regulatory changes to guide business strategy and develop new service offerings.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events, with estimated travel of 25-50%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development, commercial strategy, and marketing within professional services.
  • Proven ability to lead high-value negotiations and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Must be based in the United States to lead business development for the US market.
