What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing technical team of power system specialists in the US.
• Drive sales and business development by prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage and grow relationships with US customers to provide tailored solutions and ensure repeat business.
• Oversee the technical, financial, and operational performance of the team, including workload and staff utilization.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior staff to develop internal technical expertise.
• Collaborate with the software team to constantly improve the flagship DSATools software package.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in power system modeling and studies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in simulation and analysis tools such as DSATools, PSS/E, and PSCAD.
• Familiarity with ERCOT and/or MISO interconnection and system planning study procedures.
• Proven success in engaging customers and driving business growth.

Nice to have

• Expertise in generator/load interconnection, system impact studies, power system planning, stability and control.
