Location: Home based in the UK (with occasional travel to our London office and client offices)

What you will do
- Drive new enterprise revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting net-new commercial customers for Data & AI programmes.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite, VPs, and Directors, aligning training solutions to their strategic goals.
- Develop and execute account plans targeting priority sectors to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end high-value sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Design tailored proposals and business cases demonstrating commercial and strategic impact.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams for smooth handovers and ongoing growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in new-business enterprise B2B sales of complex consultative solutions.
- Experience thriving in fast-growth scale-up environments as a self-starter.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
- Proficiency in sales frameworks like MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, able to work in remote-first environment.
- Interest in Data, AI, technology, and upskilling for business transformation.
