Salary: $70k - 90k annually

What you will do

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges to exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze business processes and KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Take full accountability for showroom and office operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer service.
  • Coordinate team schedules in partnership with Workforce Operations Analysts to ensure full coverage for appointments.
  • Conduct high-end in-person customer appointments and manage luxury visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, HR, and customer care to enhance engagement and business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing teams in retail or direct-to-consumer sales with a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities and business acumen for data-driven strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and exceptional communication skills.
  • BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday in-person in Denver, CO.
