What you will do
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges to exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze business processes and KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Take full accountability for showroom and office operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer service.
- Coordinate team schedules in partnership with Workforce Operations Analysts to ensure full coverage for appointments.
- Conduct high-end in-person customer appointments and manage luxury visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, HR, and customer care to enhance engagement and business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams in retail or direct-to-consumer sales with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities and business acumen for data-driven strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM software and exceptional communication skills.
- BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday in-person in Denver, CO.
