Territory Manager (Fiberon): Growing and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and construction professionals to achieve sales, margin, and market share goals with an accent on optimizing local distribution, driving share gains, and increasing product awareness. Focus on conducting joint business planning, delivering product presentations, and tracking KPIs for territory performance.
Field-based position requiring residence within the assigned territory of South Georgia and Northern Florida, United States; regular travel with approximately two overnights per week.
Salary: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, margin, and expense goals.
- Increase market share through dealer share, product placement, and builder adoption.
- Acquire and retain key dealer and contractor accounts to build brand loyalty.
- Optimize distribution strategies and strengthen relationships with distributors.
- Develop and execute annual business plans with Regional Sales Manager.
- Conduct Joint Business Planning meetings and deliver product presentations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, particularly contractor and builder sales through distribution and lumberyards.
- Experience with pull-through selling and influencing product selection.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous CRM experience and/or professional sales training.
