What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CxOs and key stakeholders to drive platform adoption and business results.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, including engagement, usage, and NPS, to mitigate churn risk.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to develop customized solutions that maximize customer business outcomes.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, strategically managing renewals and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Proactively identify and resolve critical customer issues to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Must be based in Seattle, Washington, United States.
