What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CxOs and key stakeholders to drive platform adoption and business results.
- Monitor customer health metrics, including engagement, usage, and NPS, to mitigate churn risk.
- Act as a subject matter expert to develop customized solutions that maximize customer business outcomes.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities, strategically managing renewals and revenue goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Proactively identify and resolve critical customer issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
- Must be based in Seattle, Washington, United States.
