Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (base) plus commission

What you will do
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, referrals, and account expansion.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support for successful implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology and/or telecommunications sales.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.
- Ability to work on-site in Baltimore, MD, Havertown, PA, or Shepherdstown, PA.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline and forecasting management.
