TL;DR

Director of Executive Education (AI/Data): Build and scale a premium executive education business with an accent on P&L management, portfolio development, and university partnerships. Focus on designing long-format programmes, short workshops, bespoke corporate solutions, and executive memberships for C-suite leaders in AI strategy, data leadership, and digital transformation.

Location: Home based, UK (with regular travel to London/Cambridge)

What you will do

• Own P&L for executive education portfolio: manage budgets, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability.
• Design and develop portfolio including long-format programmes with universities, short workshops, bespoke corporate programmes, and executive memberships.
• Build and expand university partnerships: negotiate agreements on revenue sharing, faculty access, and IP.
• Recruit and manage faculty, coaches, and delivery team; define performance standards and talent pools.
• Ensure service excellence: define client experience, quality assurance, operational playbook, and high-profile events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, curriculum, marketing, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Experience from L&D or executive education at major firms like KPMG, EY, Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, or organisations like Emeritus, GetSmarter/2U.
• Proven P&L ownership and growing revenue lines in executive education or professional services.
• Commercial acumen for revenue generation, propositions, and market opportunities.
• Direct experience structuring university partnerships for co-branded programmes.
• Faculty and talent management: recruiting, rate cards, performance frameworks.
• Programme design from concept to market; service mindset for client experience.
