Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

What you will do

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across business programmes.
• Lead modules and collaborate with teams to ensure effective academic delivery.
• Design and enhance teaching materials in alignment with the college framework.
• Provide academic tutoring, monitor student engagement, and signpost support services.
• Contribute to quality assurance, annual monitoring, and curriculum review processes.
• Mentor colleagues and provide academic leadership within the department.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PgCert/PGCAP) required.
• Significant higher education teaching and academic leadership experience required.
• SFHEA status or willingness to achieve within 12 months.
• Must be flexible to travel to all London campus locations.
• Right to Work in the UK is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of business education trends.
