What you will do

• Support the strategic planning process through research and synthesis of internal and external insights.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support growth initiatives and strategic decision making.
• Monitor industry news and trade publications to identify emerging trends in the power and energy sector.
• Support business case development by validating assumptions, data inputs, and financial rationale.
• Develop reporting and analytical outputs, translating data into actionable insights using Power BI and Excel.
• Assist with qualifying RFPs and organizing leads from industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, market analysis, or business development, ideally in the energy or testing industries.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled research tools (e.g., Copilot) and analytical platforms like Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and database tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
