What you will do

  • Manage commercial document workflows, including drafting and processing NDAs, sales agreements, POs, and invoices.
  • Coordinate international shipping logistics, export filings (EAR/ECCN), and customs brokerage.
  • Support hardware supply sourcing by identifying and vetting OEMs, ODMs, and distributors.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene by building automated workflows and performance dashboards.
  • Handle partner registrations and authorized reseller credentials with hardware vendors.
  • Analyze pipeline data to generate weekly and monthly KPI reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States or Canada
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR, ECCN, OFAC) and international shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and data tools like Excel or BI software (Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Formal compliance training in export regulations.
  • Experience with OEM/ODM/VAR partner portal processes.
  • Interest or exposure to AI, HPC, or data center hardware markets.
