Salary: Zone A: $114,330 - $148,640 + equity + benefits; Zone B: $125,763 - $163,504 + equity + benefits; Zone C: $137,196 - $178,368 + equity + benefits; Zone D: $148,629 - $193,232 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day management for large complex clients with 100M+ ARR, partnering with Director for strategic oversight.
- Develop client strategy understanding and execute plans with clients, health plans, and internal partners.
- Articulate client needs to internal teams (analytics, product, marketing, care operations) to meet expectations.
- Establish Retention and Upsell Plans, drive client health, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Consult on member engagement and marketing strategies, lead virtual benefits fairs and events.
- Deliver business reviews, reports on utilization, ROI, and client outcomes using Looker.
- Conduct partnership meetings, build trusted advisor relationships with clients, consultants, health plans.
- Support onboarding, renewals, escalations, and manage cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years client success experience in Benefits/Healthcare, with Fortune 100 clients
- Corporate experience at navigator, digital health, carrier, consultant, or case management firm
- Proven relationship builder with senior management contacts
- Exceptional communicator with presentation skills and ability to manage difficult conversations
- Data-driven with experience using Salesforce and account management platforms
- Ability to travel (estimated 10%)
- Work autonomously in fast-paced remote environment
