What you will do

• Conduct physical inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Identify potential risks and hazards based on company standards to reduce accident chances.
• Manage your own schedule to ensure optimal time use and service deadlines.
• Communicate with insured clients via phone, email, and text to arrange appointments.
• Complete detailed loss control surveys and prepare comprehensive reports with photographs.
• Provide internal progress reports regarding survey status.

Requirements

• Must live within a 30-mile radius of the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Proficiency in using digital cameras, word processing software, and email.
• Active automobile insurance with minimum bodily injury limits of $100k per person / $300k per accident.
