What you will do

• Coordinate with the scheduling team to receive and manage claim assignments.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and interviews with insured parties and adjusters.
• Capture comprehensive photographic and written inventory of total loss contents.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct during all site visits.
• Complete administrative reports within 24 hours of inventory capture.
• Communicate daily with Field and Service Managers regarding operational status.

Requirements

• Must reside in Pennsylvania or New York to perform required field duties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily local and overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision.

• Property and Casualty claim experience.
