What you will do

• Own project timelines, scope, and budget while managing clear expectations with clients.
• Build and track detailed project plans to ensure both internal and client deadlines are met.
• Facilitate adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW) and proactively manage change orders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues across multiple project tracks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Directors to define project approaches and resourcing.
• Support resource planning by monitoring team bandwidth and flagging allocation risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex website projects using PM methodologies.
• Deep familiarity with the website development process (knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify is ideal).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Figma, and project management tools like ClickUp.
• Must be based in the US (specifically in the allowed states listed in location).
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort managing stakeholder feedback independently.
