What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of BI projects from intake and scoping through delivery and closure
• Partner with BI team and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, ownership, and success criteria
• Establish project milestones, track performance, and ensure visibility into progress and outcomes
• Proactively communicate status, timelines, roadblocks, and maintain visibility into BI initiatives
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, address bottlenecks, and hold stakeholders accountable
• Standardize BI project documentation and SOPs in Confluence, establish reporting structures
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and collaborate with Operations PMs on best practices

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or related field
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
• Clear communication, strong documentation, and ability to drive accountability
• Process-oriented with experience improving workflows, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
