What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact, conducting onboarding and maintaining relationships through regular communication
• Oversee website projects from start to launch, creating timelines and coordinating departments
• Make direct WordPress updates using HTML, CSS, and page builders; troubleshoot issues
• Track progress in Asana, refine workflows, and facilitate team alignment via Hubspot CRM
• Proactively manage approvals, bottlenecks, and deliverables for efficient project momentum

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience in digital marketing or web development
• 3+ years hands-on WordPress experience, including page updates and modifications
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, page builders (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg)
• Proficiency with Asana or similar tools and Hubspot or similar CRM
• Excellent client-facing communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing principles

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Experience with client onboarding and agency environments
• Familiarity with web design terminology and digital marketing platforms
