TL;DR

Marketing Operations (GHL) Specialist (Financial Education): Implement and manage direct response marketing campaigns for live seminars, virtual events, and webinars across multiple regions with an accent on campaign execution, data reporting, and cross-timezone coordination. Focus on monitoring workflows, tracking KPIs and ROI, producing performance dashboards, and ensuring operational reliability under fast-paced, high-stakes conditions.

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based), legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor, UK Business Hours (GMT)

Rate: Approximately Php550 to Php600 per hour, depending on experience

Globally recognized financial education company running direct response marketing campaigns across multiple regions.

What you will do

  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns for live seminars and virtual events, ensuring all assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor workflows, triggers, and automated communications across platforms in coordination with GHL Automation Specialist.
  • Extract, validate daily reports on registrations, attendance, sales; produce dashboards and track KPIs, ROI.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce and GHL, handle deduplication and clean-up.
  • Coordinate schedules and deliverables across US, UK, AU, NZ time zones with marketing, sales, suppliers.
  • Manage social media posting, monitor online reputation on Trustpilot and Google Reviews.

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (professional communication required).
  • Must have own laptop/computer and secure, high-speed internet.
  • Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or similar execution-focused role.
  • Proven background in direct response marketing, ideally event-based campaigns.
  • Comfortable with GoHighLevel for campaign monitoring, scheduling, workflow management.
  • Data-driven, owns KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and managing cross-functional deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills for multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (pipeline reporting, data management).
  • Background in FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, or financial education.
  • Experience with ad buyers, creative teams, external agencies.
  • Familiarity with Zapier or no-code automation tools.
  • Copywriting/copy-editing or managing copywriters.
  • Fast-paced startup or global matrixed environments.
