Focus on developing lead nurturing sequences, ensuring seamless data synchronization across platforms, and proactively troubleshooting for scalability and efficiency.

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)

Rate: Approximately Php550 to Php600 per hour, depending on experience

Global staffing company providing specialists to a financial education company running high-volume events and campaigns across multiple markets.

What you will do

• Build and manage advanced GHL automations, workflows, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns for global events and sales.
• Develop lead nurturing, onboarding, retention sequences across email, SMS, WhatsApp; handle broadcasts and waitlists.
• Own GHL-Salesforce integration and connect with external tools using Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs.
• Customize pipelines, maintain CRM data integrity, set up task assignments and notifications.
• Support marketing campaigns with funnels, landing pages, tracking, segmentation, and attribution.
• Monitor performance, conduct QA, build dashboards/reports, provide optimization recommendations.
• Train teams and maintain documentation/SOPs.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor
• Fluent in written and verbal English (professional communication required)
• Must have your own laptop/computer and secure, high-speed internet; UK Business Hours (GMT)
• Minimum 3 years hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows, pipelines, triggers, funnels, automations.
• Strong Salesforce skills: CRM integration, database management, data integrity.
• Strong proficiency with Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks for integrations.
• Understanding of direct response marketing funnels, CRM logic, event sales pipelines.
• Experience with email/SMS/WhatsApp automation, segmentation, tagging.
• Strong troubleshooting and training skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing agency or event-based sales.
• Background in FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, financial education.
• Familiarity with Stripe, Calendly, Google Workspace, Slack, Meta Lead Ads.
• Knowledge of data hygiene, lead scoring, attribution models.
• GHL Admin Certification.
