What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision and implementation for the core infrastructure platform.
• Build and manage multi-account/region Kubernetes clusters and standardized deployment processes.
• Develop a company-wide authentication platform and MLOps capabilities.
• Collaborate with product engineering stakeholders to scope requests, identify pain points, and prioritize initiatives.
• Mentor and uplevel the team to maximize their full potential.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating infrastructure or DevOps platforms.
• Experience architecting complex infrastructure with strict uptime and latency requirements across multiple regions.
• Ability to navigate significant ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills to drive platform adoption across various teams.
• Track record of making pragmatic tradeoff decisions regarding architecture, technical debt, and customer requests.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust in production.
• Experience managing hybrid edge infrastructure environments.
• History of open source contribution.
• Full stack software development experience with web applications or data pipelines.
