EHR/Platform Integration Architect (Healthcare): Evaluating workflows and integration points across end users and care settings to propose integrated implementation builds and training with an accent on optimizing customer builds, dictionary workflows, and minimizing post-live changes. Focus on defining architectural workflows, creating diagrams, troubleshooting integrations, and collaborating on innovative solutions for hospital systems.
Location: Remotely in the US or based in Bethesda, MD HQ - up to 10% travel within US and Canada
Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 base + bonus

What you will do
- Serve as authority on healthcare workflows to develop integrated workflows, dictionary builds, and best practices.
- Conduct assessments to identify key workflows supporting customer goals and minimizing implementation barriers.
- Collaborate with experts to define priorities and set direction for integrated product implementations.
- Build dictionaries, conduct training, and define platform-wide architectural workflows and builds.
- Document client architecture in diagrams using Lucidchart, Visio, etc., and perform ongoing assessments.
- Troubleshoot integrations, assist development on solutions, and represent team in stakeholder meetings and escalated calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience
- EHR (Epic/Cerner) and/or healthcare experience
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows in clinical, financial, or administrative departments
- Strong communication, organization, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently and in a team in fast-paced environment
- Proof of vaccination may be required for customer site travel unless exempted
- Adhere to information security policies protecting ePHI and PHI
