What you will do

  • Define and execute the global partnership strategy across Pharma and Regulatory ecosystems.
  • Identify and recruit high-value partners, including CROs, Life Sciences technology platforms, and AI workflow partners.
  • Build a predictable partner-generated pipeline to drive new ARR and enterprise adoption.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partner accounts, developing joint business plans and growth targets.
  • Expand the ecosystem presence across key EU markets and represent the company at strategic industry forums.
  • Enable co-sell motions and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to activate partner opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel, or Ecosystem roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling partnerships within Pharma, Life Sciences, Digital Health, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate measurable revenue through partner channels.
  • Experience managing global or multi-country partner ecosystems with strong exposure to US and EU markets.
  • Expertise in executive-level relationship management and negotiating complex partnership agreements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-growth scale-up environments and travel as required.
