What you will do

  • Design and lead global partnership strategy to accelerate revenue and market expansion
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners including software vendors, cloud providers, VCs, accelerators, and consulting firms
  • Build and manage relationships generating warm introductions, qualified leads, and co-sell opportunities
  • Lead full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to onboarding, enablement, and long-term success
  • Develop joint GTM initiatives like bundled services, referral programs, and co-marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery to convert partnerships into projects
  • Track KPIs and metrics to optimize performance
  • Represent company at industry events

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership
  • 5+ years in software engineering services or technical consulting
  • Proven track record building revenue-driving partnerships and landing marquee clients
  • Deep knowledge of technical buyer landscape (CTOs, VPEs, architects) and premium engineering services
  • Experience with diverse partners: cloud providers, SaaS vendors, VCs, accelerators, systems integrators
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and executive interaction skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in ambiguity and building from scratch
