TL;DR
Director, Partner Development and Growth (Insurance Partnerships): Develop and execute partnership growth initiatives within the insurance and affinity ecosystem with an accent on expanding distribution, strengthening relationships, and delivering business outcomes for Flo and Moen brands. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, guiding Strategic Account Managers, and implementing new partnership opportunities.
Location: Remote based (US) with up to 50% travel required for partner and customer site visits, field assessments, and internal team collaboration.
Salary: $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop partnership strategies to grow existing relationships and create new opportunities across affinity and insurance partners
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders for long-term collaboration
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align efforts with shared goals
- Guide Strategic Account Managers in sales coordination, operations, and relationship management
- Identify and implement new partnership opportunities to expand reach and improve customer access
- Partner with marketing to create programs enhancing customer engagement and support performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, preferably in insurance or partner-driven channels
- Experience managing strategic accounts or partnerships and delivering revenue growth
- Experience working with or selling through insurance carriers or comparable networks
- Experience in B2B2C models, solution-based sales, negotiating agreements, and using data for strategy
- Ability to travel up to 50% and flexibility to support partner and business needs
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree
- 2+ years smart home experience and understanding of ecosystems
- Familiarity with insurance carriers, affinity models, smart home, or water management solutions
- Experience supporting or mentoring team members
