What you will do
- Develop and execute partnerships roadmap targeting credit card issuers, travel providers, and restaurant tech for MyDinova growth.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with banks, networks, and merchants, owning revenue economics and KPIs.
- Build executive relationships and manage ongoing partner success, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and others on program launches, integrations, and performance tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis and maintain expertise in credit card, restaurant tech, and travel trends.
- Lead and mentor partnerships team, establishing processes and playbooks for scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in payments/credit card or corporate travel, 3+ in management; proven co-brand/private-label programs experience.
- Deep credit card industry knowledge; success building partnerships with issuers, merchants, travel partners.
- Strong negotiation with banks/networks/merchants; contract management, payment stack familiarity.
- P&L ownership, financial modeling; analytical skills with CRM (Salesforce) and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Travel up to 30%; work with Risk/Compliance for regulations.
Nice to have
- Foodservice industry experience or relationships with US issuers/processors.
- Knowledge of consumer acquisition, co-op marketing, card-linking.
- Prior scaling of partnerships division; MBA preferred.
