What you will do
- Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for medium-to-enterprise businesses.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events.
- Prepare comprehensive client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
- Provide technical leadership through trainings, audits, and coaching for peers.
- Conceptualize and implement departmental process improvements.
- Assist with candidate interviews and the hiring process.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience managing paid advertising programs.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Thorough understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn advertising toolsets.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, and similar tools.
- Experience with GTM, pixeling, and conversion tracking.
- Must be based in the US (approved states only) or in Boston.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, or TikTok Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or retailer platforms like Amazon/Walmart.
- Proficiency with Feedonomics, Skai, or Helium10.
