Hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office. We hire full-time employees only in the following US states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Salary Range: $82,000-95,000

What you will do

• Own paid social execution for key accounts, primarily Meta with exposure to TikTok and Pinterest, translating strategy into efficient campaigns.
• Serve as day-to-day client lead via Slack, email, and calls, building trust and ensuring requests become actionable steps.
• Manage and develop a team of 2 Associates, providing QA, feedback, and growth support.
• Drive operational excellence by structuring workflows, aligning tools like ClickUp, and proactively fixing gaps.
• Support performance goals by partnering with strategy, analytics, and creative teams on optimizations and pacing.

Requirements

• ~4–6+ years of paid social experience, with strong expertise in Meta.
• Experience managing multiple high-touch clients or priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Client-facing skills to handle ambiguity and translate requests into execution.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-workflow management.
• Working knowledge of TikTok or Pinterest; ability to QA and step into platforms.
• Clear, collaborative communication and team-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Agency experience or supporting multiple client accounts.
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana.
• Experience in DTC or eCommerce environments.
