What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including learning experiences and internal AI-powered workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between product, engineering (frontend, backend, AI/ML), and data science teams.
• Translate complex business problems into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
• Manage the model lifecycle, focusing on validation, bias checks, CI/CD, and retraining procedures.
• Roll out AI capabilities into repeatable, scalable operational processes and internal automation tools.
• Establish delivery frameworks and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• 2+ years of experience working on AI/ML or data-intensive products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, APIs, data pipelines, and MLOps concepts.
• Experience delivering products in regulated environments, preferably within healthcare.
• Valid US work authorization required for participation in company-sponsored benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical education, healthcare content, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with vector databases and prompt engineering.
• PMP, Scrum, or equivalent professional certifications.
