What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding programs (3+ months), managing project plans, milestones, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, conduct steering calls, and negotiate scope and timing tradeoffs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks using risk registers and gating criteria.
• Analyze and resolve technical blockers, including data mismatches and product configuration gaps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to document recurring patterns and recommend product improvements.
• Develop and scale internal playbooks, runbooks, and templates to optimize future implementation efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management.
• Proven experience owning complex enterprise engagements lasting 3+ months.
• Strong project management skills, including risk registration and executive reporting.
• Basic SQL and Excel skills for data validation and light technical troubleshooting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer data migrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, Postman, Zapier, or other workflow automation tools.
