What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases in partnership with product and infrastructure teams.
• Conduct Release Readiness, Milestones, and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Manage deployment, rollback, resource, and communication plans.
• Perform RCA analysis on release-related issues to improve system stability.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating release processes and reporting using AI/ML tools or scripting.
• Coordinate with vendor support teams during planning and execution windows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a software development team or release management role.
• Strong familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and release management processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Proven analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks during the release process.
• Must be based in Latin America.
