What you will do

• Lead/support multiple implementation projects, owning schedules, status tracking, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Document project artifacts, plan SMEs/vendors, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
• Configure, test, and demonstrate hirify.global platform features based on customer requirements.
• Handle all customer communication, build relationships, and provide consultation/training.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and empower team for impactful content delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• 5+ years customer-facing role and helping implement SaaS solutions.
• Direct client experience with stakeholders, clear communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, tech-savvy; excels in multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in G-suite, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet; data-driven.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP certifications.
