Salary: $120,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Plan and deliver product and technology initiatives across software development, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Lead squads and orchestrate integrated delivery plans, managing cross-team dependencies and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Owners, and executive leadership to align backlogs and enable impactful decisions.
• Identify risks and design mitigation strategies to avoid delivery issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and metrics to the Enterprise Project Management Office and Agile Practice.
• Foster an Agile mindset and streamline processes using modern delivery tools.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.
