TL;DR

Salary: $133K to $200K + equity

What you will do

  • Build enterprise marketing function, establishing data-driven strategies, processes, and measurement frameworks
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen programs including paid campaigns, email nurtures, content syndication, and ABM
  • Partner with sales to translate priorities into actionable plans supported by quantitative analysis
  • Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital and field channels like webinars, events, and conferences
  • Establish reporting, analytics, lead scoring, and attribution to track funnel performance and demonstrate ROI
  • Analyze performance, optimize channels, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • 5–7 years B2B marketing experience with strong focus on demand generation, ideally in software/SaaS
  • Strong quantitative background for analyzing data, building reports, and extracting insights
  • Proven data storytelling to explain strategies with metrics
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to build programs from scratch in startup/high-growth environments
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, economics, or quantitative field

Nice to have

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharma, or biotech
  • Background in AI/ML or technical products
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, marketing automation
  • ABM strategies, attribution models, A/B testing, CRO
  • Executive events for VP+/C-level, scaling marketing functions
  • SQL or data analysis skills
