Salary: $133K to $200K + equity

What you will do
- Build enterprise marketing function, establishing data-driven strategies, processes, and measurement frameworks
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen programs including paid campaigns, email nurtures, content syndication, and ABM
- Partner with sales to translate priorities into actionable plans supported by quantitative analysis
- Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital and field channels like webinars, events, and conferences
- Establish reporting, analytics, lead scoring, and attribution to track funnel performance and demonstrate ROI
- Analyze performance, optimize channels, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- 5–7 years B2B marketing experience with strong focus on demand generation, ideally in software/SaaS
- Strong quantitative background for analyzing data, building reports, and extracting insights
- Proven data storytelling to explain strategies with metrics
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM, and spreadsheets
- Ability to build programs from scratch in startup/high-growth environments
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, economics, or quantitative field
Nice to have
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharma, or biotech
- Background in AI/ML or technical products
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, marketing automation
- ABM strategies, attribution models, A/B testing, CRO
- Executive events for VP+/C-level, scaling marketing functions
- SQL or data analysis skills
