TL;DR

Paid Search Lead Strategist (PPC/Marketing): Managing and optimizing high-budget paid advertising campaigns for enterprise clients with an accent on strategic forecasting and conversion tracking. Focus on driving collective success across marketing disciplines and mentoring junior team members to scale agency performance.

Location: Must be based in Boston or remotely in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA.

What you will do

  • Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness regarding client goals, conversions, and specific events.
  • Prepare comprehensive client deliverables, from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
  • Develop projections and forecasting to advise client executive teams on business goal achievement.
  • Serve as a technical resource for peers and other departments within the agency.
  • Onboard, coach, and supervise junior reports to foster professional growth.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience managing paid advertising programs, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Thorough understanding of paid advertising toolsets, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
  • Expertise in reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, or TapClicks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in one of the supported states.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS.
  • Bing Ads certifications.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising.
  • Proven experience in training and mentoring other marketers.
