What you will do

  • Develop and scale comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign performance, including audience targeting, creative optimization, and keyword research.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports highlighting trends and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Working hours must align with U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, scripts, and dynamic targeting campaigns.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and full-funnel strategy.
  • Experience managing diverse ad spend budgets efficiently.
