What you will do
- Develop and scale comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance, including audience targeting, creative optimization, and keyword research.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive brand and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports highlighting trends and optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Working hours must align with U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripts, and dynamic targeting campaigns.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and full-funnel strategy.
