What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 135-150 client accounts across all paid media channels.
• Provide strategic recommendations to drive best-in-class CPA for multifamily campaigns.
• Design, implement, and document experiments aligned with department OKRs.
• Perform biweekly performance analysis for Search and Social campaigns with detailed optimization notes.
• Execute large-scale account changes, including GA4 implementation and search restructuring.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Proven experience in paid search (required) and paid social (preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.
