Technical & Business Recruiter (AI/HealthTech): Scaling the recruiting engine by identifying and closing top-tier talent across EPD, AI Research, and GTM functions with an accent on full-cycle execution and strategic sourcing. Location: Must be based in NYC, Boston or Los Angeles
Salary: $130K – $150K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across all functions, including AI Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define requirements and refine the company's talent bar.
- Optimize recruiting processes and Ashby ATS workflows to improve speed, quality, and data integrity.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing campaigns to attract elite talent from AI and HealthTech ecosystems.
- Provide market intelligence on compensation and equity trends to key stakeholders.
- Embed inclusive hiring practices and champion DEI as core pillars of company growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of both technical (Full-stack, ML/AI, Data) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Ops) hiring.
- Must be based in NYC, Boston or Los Angeles.
- Strong technical literacy to credibly screen AI and engineering talent.
- Proficiency with modern ATS systems, specifically Ashby.
- Expertise in proactive outbound sourcing for niche and senior specialized roles.
Nice to have
- Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, or AI-driven startups.
- Proven track record of hiring AI Researchers or ML engineers in AI-native environments.
